have a huge headache and in kinda of a nasty mood but i just realized it prolly from all the crap i ate this weekend. I know better. I just need to push thru it.. I decided to eat some dinner and take a break and see if it passes so I can head to gym bc im already making excuses not to go. And Im pissed that I am .. worst case scenario I can hit the park for walk. Its better then nothing but not my original plan. Learning to adapt has been hard for me bc Im such a control freak about my personal habits. And its about 103 outside and my car a/c is out, so that's also making me 2nd guess the gym, bc it doesn't cool down till around 10pm and I cant work out that late or I wont sleep.. whine whine whine..Now I typed this as I eat I feel better already..owning my bs excuses makes me do something about them.. Rant over ..

Tis OK!! Our air seems to get worse at night lately, can't even sit outside and enjoy the evening. The air is to heavy. Wouldn't even try to walk in it. Also have no air working in my car, tired of throwing money at it and still not working they say another $1000.00 will maybe fix it. NOT!!!! Am going to try a workout in a few inside in the AC now that my new kitchen light/fan is installed and working.

Do some movement - do you ever use DVDs at home? That could help when it is too hot to drive...I used yo love Jillian Michaels DVDs - she gives good instruction and the workouts are in levels.

Lots of free videos on youtube. I really like the bodyfit by am ones. lots of choices.

So i did walk for an hour this morning and did log in almost 9 k for the day. got up after dinner and the headache passed and cleaned my kitchen, ran the vacuum and watered the plants so the day was a total loss.. it just wasn't what i expected/planned.BUT i can be ok with that, I can always hit the gym tomorrow and I also seriously think I had to much caffeine and that added to the headache. A few more days and Ill have my mojo back.. I know what works for me and I need to go back to basics..And Ive so wanted to try "at home" work outs.. I just dont have alot of space and privacy and never got around to finding one that works.. Maybe this is my motivation...

AND i didn't hydrate enough so I kinda feel like I sabotaged myself into feeling "meh" Tomorrow is a new day..

Redgirl, hunt through youtube. I like bodyfit by amy she has a bunch on there, not just TRX ones. I love her kettle ball whole body workout. PJ also has a number of them that ate amazing. Her TABATA workouts are a combo of strength and cardio, challenging to say the least.
