Keto LCHF with intermittent fasting

I have been doing intermittent fasting for about 2 months, and lost about 10 lbs. I still get hungry and wonder what tips help you lose weight and still feel satisfied.

On my fasting days (I do 5:2) I split my calories into two 250 calorie meals, usually around 1 and 6. I usually eat a whole bag of steamable veggies (Birdseye, about 115 cal) and an egg (70), either over easy with cooking spray (about 5 cal) or hard boiled and a handful of blueberries (I weigh them and calculate calories). Lately for dinner I've been making omelettes (I don't know what I'd do without eggs!) with one whole egg (70 cal) and then 2 servings of liquid egg whites (25 cal each). Sometimes I add a slice of ultra thin Swiss cheese (40 cal) I'll steam veggies, lately it's been bok choy, mushrooms, squash, and spinach (these veggies are pretty low in calories, I usually budget 50-70 for the lot) in a pan with some cooking spray (5) and a little apple cider vinegar(0!). The key is protein, fat and fiber. And then lots of water, lol. And sometimes I also drink herbal tea (Healthy Fasting tea by yogi), it tastes gross, but it seriously curbs my appetite!

Thank you, Ailouros. Lots of low carb veggies with fiber, eggs, vinegar, and herbal tea help you on the 5:2. I will try that.
