9st 2.1 (1lb on at WW after dinner this time) Sometimes I feel like there's not enough anger and disappointment in my life, but a quid in the gym fat monitor scales soon sorts that right out!!! I got suckered in this week, thinking I felt a bit more toned, all this swimming and cycling must be making a difference. April was the last time I used it, at 9st 5 & 35.2% fat, and Friday I weighed in at 9st 2 but 36.9% fat!! THIRTY SIX POINT NINE!! I can't believe it (I say this every time!) So I end up calling it a stupid machine again and Googling the relative weights of skeletons, muscles etc...! Week 4 of the #couchto50k, 2x 1hr rides again, really enjoying it and good to get the girls out for some of the training too. Austen picnic today, had fabulous bread, pimms, ice cream and candy floss :-) Didn't enter my tracker till later and discovered that the ice cream was PHENOMENALLY high in calories/fat (45% cream!) And even the rubbish donut I had was 200 cals, what a waste :-( There were sorbets there as well, trust me to choose the full fat honeycomb option, doh! Have been over my dailies too often lately so really need to get in better control, can't have another summer like last year where I end up putting a stone back on. Mind you, I have arranged with WW leader to lower my goal weight on my membership, so at least I can't go so far out of line before the threat of paying for WW brings me back in line!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scales must be wrong, 9 stone 2 is small, the fat % doesn't sound right at all, especially after all your exercising. Damn scales!!!!! And damn doughnuts!!! 😀
