Day 3 of the rest of summer. Yah!
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." Paul's scripture - pray without ceasing - really touched me today. Wanted with all my heart and mind to wait for God's leading on hunger and fullness as a continuous conversation to Him.
Breakfast: Honeynut Cheerios, coffee Lunch: tall nonfat latte Dinner: some cotage cheese and 2 slices crispbread

I understand wanting to lose weight - be cautious about eating too little. We need nutrients, too.

No worries. Am very small boned. The stomache was not growling, so was still well fuelled. Had eaten more the day before, so was not very hungry yesterday. I never ignore the body's signals to eat, just only eat amounts that the body calls for. When I feel politely full, that is the time to stop. Yesterday was a good day--obeyed God's designs. Have plenlty of stored fat yet that gets shipped to the blood stream which is the whole point about shedding excess weight - utilizing what is stored and eating only what the body truly needs. No more using food for entertainment, comfort, celebration, or whatever. When the stomache growls, I eat. As soon as I feel politely satisfied, I stop. Then I do not eat until the stomache growls again. Simple to follow and healthy.
