Good morning! What a nice day this is turning out to be. I am getting a new dishwasher, My husband bought a new car, and the sun is shining. What more could I ask? I have a lot going on this week, but I am hopeful that I can get through the weekend without a bad eating day. Weekends are hard. I find myself hovering at 50-60 carbs per day and around 1300-1500 calories. Maintenance lets you eat more, but the downside is that it sets off cravings. I want to go to my Drs appt next Tuesday without having gained anything. I am thrilled that all my summer clothes still fit and I look good in them. Some of the shorts I bought last summer are too big and I am taking them to the church garage sale.
