uhuh! "water" weight - yeah right!

I dont know if its water or what it is. But I have been drinking more of it. I have finally made it up to 2 quarts a day.....its getting harder to do my daily workout because i feel so tired and sluggish. But i am getting my butt up and doing it anyway. I know this weight will eventually go away. It took about two years coming on----so it has to take 4 years to get it off then so be it. I'm not going to quit!!!! (now come next Friday if I gain another lbs then well then I guess i will be having a conversation with my doc.
