So I celebrated my birthday today that was yesterday. I cheated on my diet a little bit---more with mountain dew then with anything else. But I stayed under 2000- cal. 20% more then my comfort range. I am adding a new goal with my diet and my workouts. I am going to try and burn at least 500 cal a day for 2 weeks and then 600 cals for two weeks after that. I dont know if I can do it- I might be trying to hard. But hey its good to have goals. It doesn't mean we are a failure if we don't make them.
