I can't say enough about losing weight, and getting your energy back. It has truly been a blessing! Please don't think that I am bragging..I am just so excited about how wonderful I have been feeling since I have lost my weight:) Here is what I did today (even with Planters foot issues, and at age 61 Yrs.)
My Day Activities
11:00 Gym for an hour
1:00-Played water Volleyball for an hour.
2:00-Swam in the pool for exercise.
3:30-Walked with my husband through Home-Depot.
5:30 Made dinner.
Rest at 6:00P.M
My entire body feels lighter when I walk. It is a joy to not be caring all my extra weight around anymore. I am Praying that all of my Buddies will be able to enjoy this great feeling-one day too! :)
