Just a question for everyone... do you count the calories from your veggies? I have asked a few friends, and no one seems to be able to answer me... so what do you guys do?

I count the calories from veggies as well.

Definitely, fruit and veggie calories add up.

I count everything so that my micro nutrients are accurate (fat, protein, carbs).

I personally don't count calories in veggies i'm familiar with like tomatoes ( ok it's a fruit ) zucchini , carrots , onions .. Because they are very low on calories , unless it is potato ( high in calorie ) or some veggie i am not familiar with ..

I only count carbs and fat. Ever curious..? Read Eat Bacon, Don't Jog. Sounds ludicrous.. but now I don't have to starve my self and count calories to lose weight. :D You cant do it!
