I didn't weight my self this morning...Sunday and Monday I fell off :)
I meal planned and everything. No amount of meal planning was going to save me from myself. Pizza, italian sub and a burger with fries!!!! OH no
The difference is I'm admitting my defeat and moving on. I know I gained over the long weekend but I am not going to let it get to me. I am starting fresh today. In the past I would let my failure define me and I would most likely continue on a downward spiral...more like an upwards spiral if talking about weight HAHAH I crack myself up with little puns. Probably not very funny ...
