Take it minute by minute if you have to. I have smoked on and off since I was 18, but I have quit since 2/27/13 and I feel so good.
You'll breathe better so you'll be able to exercise easier and excel in other aspects of your life! Good luck!

Anyone around you will appreciate it. I have scars and asthma from growing up in a cloud of smoke. I've never smoked. Seriously allergic to it.
