wow, this past 2 weeks has been great!! now im at stage 2..... lost 20 lbs since febuary, i feel great!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1038 kcal Fat: 39.49g | Prot: 83.82g | Carb: 85.05g.   Breakfast: Western Family Fat Free Stirred Yogurt, Kraft Whipped Peanut Butter, Kirkland Signature Whole Strawberries. Lunch: Cucumber (Peeled), Carrots, Hummus, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Selection Beef Meatballs, No Name Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Coffee with Milk, Apples. more...
