I hope to find support here for LCHF.
I inially lost 8 kgs and picked 2 after caving in and eating sugar baked goods which are my wekness,
Been sugar free 3 days now :)
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
