Started on may 1 2015.
cut all sugars and restrict carbs.
Using intermittent fasting, BPC, bone broth and kefir in my diet.
LCHF diet.
This week want to go back into the 70's.
Past 3 days have been very successful.
Jesus please help me reach my goal.
I want to lose 1 kg a week, pls Lord help me.Amen
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
