Lost 8 ounces even with eating out!!! Not bad! Going to Anna & Brian's house tonight for dinner. Watch calories throughout the day. Picked up cookies for the kids for dessert.





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 149 at 3:11 p.m.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
