Instantcrazy's Journal, 25 April 2015

Ah the last week of the month is always my favorite! Visiting every machine in a week, inventory, lots of kids whining (99% of them are me). Some day I will write a book on what I have learned doing this job. Well at least a paragraph anyway. I have learned a lot from the kids that get left behind in my game rooms. Usually whining means you do get your way, and when mom says she doesn't have any money, she is probably lying because if you whine long enough she will find a dollar. If all else fails, dad really loves the game room.

Not really what I started to write here, but you all know me by now. What I was going to write was I'm doing really well with my eating and logging. I enjoyed HCB's post on self sabotage. I really do think when I get into the 70's I panic and pig out. I'm crazy. NOT THIS TIME FUTURE ME!!! I'M ON TO YOUR TRICKS!

I did get some exercise on Thursday. I went to the park. Initially it was to hang upside down from the monkey bars, which I did, man I'm old, but I also ran around, climbed, did the zip line thingy, swung, swang?, swinged? on the swings, and slid down two slides. They were really fast slides too, that or I'm just old. By the way there were no kids there so relax, I'm not a creepy predator. I did wonder why there were no kids. The park probably had a nuclear waste spill. Oh well at least I will get super powers now.

I love that you hung upside down. Wow. I need to find a park to do that in. The little kids would think it was so cool.

Yup - ya gotta avoid letting the mental acrobatics take us over! Think, "I will do it no matter what!"

Hanging upside is good for your back. Zero gravity... or 100% gravity I guess. Getting that second leg over the bar is a lot trickier when you aren't 9. My super power is the ability to outwit my enemies with sarcasm!

Your post was a "laugh out loud" post, which I did! Thank you!! I would read your paragraph when you actually write that book, novel or paragraph. Glad you are doing well with your food.

Love reading your posts. Have a stress fee end of the month. Seems like I remember last month you getting pretty stressed. Sounds like a playground break was a good one. There is a playground behind my house..I should try the hang upside down and the zip line.

I HIGHLY recommend it! Playing is so much fun! Just be sure to take your grandsons so they can be thoroughly embarrassed. Lol I was going to let you know I was thinking about you last night. There was a big ol' fat raccoon on my back porch. He was so cute!

DO NOT invite that coon in.!!!! ;)) Such cute little faces but they are not nice..... the grandsons used to like to go to the playground. Being 13 they are now "too old" unless they are taking a younger child. LOL!!

Just tell them granny has gotten old and senile so they have to watch you at the park, then really embarrass them by hanging upside down with your skirt over your head. Of course wear shorts underneath, don't want to scar them for life. lol

Too funny IC!!

TOO FUNNY! Now if they saw me in a skirt that would be a rare happening...jeans or shorts... They would really laugh if I told them I was old and senile.. They say their Grandpa is really really old but I'm not. It's funny because we are the same age.. He does not take very good care of himself. People at mud runs etc. ask me if he is my dad because he looks 20 + years older.

Wow! That's nuts! I have that 14 year old daughter. I'm pretty sure just having me as a mom has scarred her for life :D
