Bird Fancier's Journal, 23 April 2015

Doing lots of gardening and I seem to need more breaks than in the past. I think my muscles are atrophied. For the last 6 months working all night at a desk and then sleeping most of the day...very inactive. Now, I am trying to bring it back. I plan on picking up the activity in May. I am enjoying going to sleep like other people at NIGHT! It has been an adjustment sticking to my menu now that I have to eat with everyone at home and then I have blown off logging in- which is a mistake. Tonight I tried to remember the last 4 days and log them in...not so easy.
