Didn't have much time to journal yesterday. Anyway, I'm trying the military diet for the next three days. Why? 3 reasons #1 hope to jumpstart my weight loss to encourage me to keep trying #2 hope to get some of this water weight off. #3 hope to restart my willpower. The last year has been a constant battle of wanting to choose the right foods, but somehow I have forgotten how to say no. I'm determined to do this. I did it great 2-3 years ago and I can do it again. Yes, life is aloe different than it was 3 years ago, but I just have to adjust. I've done a lot of thinking, and I'm wondering if one cause of all the inflammation is the extra weight putting pressure on my joints. I'm at the biggest I've ever been. I had lost 40+ lbs, but have gained that back plus more since my hysterectomy a year and a half ago. But no more!! I have not always been a big girl, I used to have a cute figure. I really want to find it again, I do!! So, this week is the week I'm going to refind my determination and restart the healthy life I had created 3 years ago. It can happen, I can do this! 2.8pounds down from yesterday makes me feel awesome!! Can't wait to see how the rest of the week goes! :)
