up-ing my net carbs to 25-30 and moved into owl. I've never learned how to do owl the last 2 times I did Atkins and Im on such a roll now and dont want to goof it up....any advice not to mess it up? Here's what I've done so far... I've added in nuts and peanut butter, after 4 weeks of that I added my berries. I'm doing strawberries, black and blue berries. and sometimes raspberries when i can find them. I alternate though, if today i have berries tomorrow Ill have nuts. I just had cottage cheese and yogurt BUT im doing one serving maybe once a week. And I want to add cantaloupe this weekend. When the scale doesn't budge or I feel bloated or "full" I cut back and do a day or two of induction friendly foods only.And haven't changed my beverages but I have had a low carb tortilla hear and there but limiting to one a week, making it more of a reward. Cut out the bars for most part but kept the shakes for after gym if im hungry since i work out late.Anyone have anything they can add? I feel good about my progress but dont want to get cocky bc thats where I lost it last time and gained ALL my weight back..Im loosing about 1-3 lbs a week now.. CHEERS
