DH doesn't not understand why losing weight requires so much time spent on the computer. At first glance it doesn't make much sense to me either. So I decided to list the (legitimate) reasons:
Tracking: weight loss progress & food.
Research: diets, nutrition, and anything else pertaining to healthy weight loss, as well as seeking recipes and ideas for meal planning.
Support: I NEED encouragement. My lapses go hand in hand with my absences from my FS support system.
Does this make sense to anyone else?

That's why I just like to use hubby...that's sounds that he is dear to me.
See as we all are giving our thoughts, input, and energy towards this journal, and we are not using our energy on food...less food....closer to our goal weight...So being on the computer at the FS site is efficient :)

DH also reminds me of Designated Hitter and I am sure my hubby would be happy to be considered for that position as well. :)
