Well someone told me to try whey protein to get rid of hunger that is driving me away from low carbs!!! Does anyone know about this?
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use the whey protein with 8 oz. of almond milk and it's a meal. 170 calories total. I also use it when I make my smoothies.

I'm using oat fiber. I make pancakes with it. It's practically 0 netcarbs and provides lots of fiber as well. You can get it online from netrition.com. Check my cookbook.

Also, try a teaspoon of coconut oil, just as is, when you get the cravings.

Optimum Nutrition is what I use also, good stuff. I make a protein smoothie for a meal most days that includes spinach, blueberries, almond milk and greek yogurt. All those ingredients may not work for you depending on the carb level you're going for but it's very filling and satisfying.
