Thanks, I just thought I'd try this out as I can track my net carbs better. We'll see how it goes. I'm trying a modified Atkins way of eating. I'm a vegetarian so it's challenging to follow a lower carb lifestlye. I've lost 15 lbs since I started one month ago over on MFP. I'm still trying to get the hang of it.

Yes, 15 lbs is a drop in the bucket. I'm down from 224 lbs, my all time record. I thought I would try an experiment with a low carb approach. I felt I needed something drastic to get me started. I've done low fat in the past and that worked also but I'm trying to switch my metabolism to burning all this fat. ;) I wasn't having any luck with high carb low fat. Thanks for the good wishes.
