It took awhile but I finally lost 20 lbs, now for the next 20! I can't look at the HUGE goal, so I have broken it up in "20's". I am trying to get to 225. I've got my food ready for the week, measured, ready to log. I will try to up my water from 70 oz to 100 oz. I will try to use the ATKINS drinks sparingly, maybe only 1 a week. I have discovered a BIG TRIGGER for overeating for me: CHEESE CHIPS & SALSA. I need to really pull back on these. (you know--microwaved shredded cheese until crispy)I started making these a "meal". They really should be saved for when I need a snack for the movies or a party or something. Still learning!
