No change in weight after about my first week. I stayed within my calorie limits just about every day, and have had no change. Not sure if this is just a metabolism issue? Or should I drop the calories by 300/day?
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Drop the calories for at least 3days.

Stop eating pop tarts! Full of sugar etc. You need to look at what you eat and eat to a healthy you! Have a bowl of oatmeal or some other fiberous product Look at the lables there is sugar in everything...balance your meals and look at your caloric recommendations and if you want to cut a pd a week or two adjust it...good luck

all depends on your food. you can eat more then your daily caloric range if it's all healthy. But if it's junk that's full of sugar you'll either maintain your current weight or gain even more.

What is your current caloric intake? Do you know your carb, protein total grams?
