I do believe work on the total gym is showing some visible results. My man boobs are shrinking and I can really make those babies dance when I flex. :)

Thanks my friends, sorry for any unpleasant visuals that came to mind. Bill, check out youtube for some total gym videos to get qn idea. The model I got allows adding weights for greater resistance but at this point inclined halfway up gives me plenty.

Way to go Jim, it always better when you can make them dance then them dancing on there own, total gyms are cool you can also do push ups to make them dance more.
