Waking weigh in of 198.6 at 8:45 am. Got back to my 1000 calorie deficit yesterday by adding periodic mini treadmill workouts while at working at home. Targeting about 1975 calories today.

Amazing job your doing!!! I hope walk ways clear up for you, I saw on NBC Nightly news Snow states are getting hit hard/ Some poor person I saw, Snow was so high up to her face!

I'm in the same fight today 196 a pound more from last week. Who knows hopefully is muscle. Keep up the good work friend.
