Oh god am I sore. My entire body hurts...it hurts to move.
I'm going to Bikram and know that i'll feel much better for it.
Haven't had any cravings but find myself thinking of comfort foods at night.

Thank you Glen. It just so happens that I over did it and was so sore it hurt to move for two days straight. It's 85% better today and I'm looking forward to logging in a few workouts this week. I will definitely heed your advice!

With all of the snow we have in Chicago it's hard to get out and exercise much less go outside. Spring is coming and then we can get out again!
