I forgot to do a weigh-in at the gym, but I am going again tonight so I will check in later on that. Yesterday was my mom and my twin niece and nephews birthday so more pizza, but I was smart and ate a salad with it. Plus I skipped cake! I havent eaten sweets in close to 2 months I have a personal goal of 8\4\2015 before eating sweets again. Pears seem to kill the candy craving in its tracks, so off to a better start today! 🌹
