Too much salt intake over the weekend and it's showing on the scale this morning. That's okay, I'm going to flush it out with lots of water. I'm looking forward to my cancer support group's yoga class tonight, then making salmon, sweet potato, and green beans for dinner. Even though Phil saw his shadow, today is going to be a good day. Have a great week everyone!
