The hardest fought for half pound I've lost. I think the easy pounds are gone and the next 22 will be slower.

I wanted to post a couple of progress pictures. First one is from a couple years ago before I started, somewhere in the 250's.

This next two were taken last night, approximately 213 lbs, about 2/3 the way to my goal.

I've still got a lot of work to do but getting there.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow Jim, there's an amazing difference between these pics! You know the last battle will be tougher. But, take heart in knowing that YOU'VE WON THE WAR! You are also a great inspiration to those of us who aren't there yet, that WE CAN DO IT TOO! You've been so successful in re-training your mind, & restored yourself to a leaner & healthier body ~ you're a "new man", & that is AWESOME! It might be a good idea to post your "before" pic somewhere where it can remind you often of how far you've come, & to encourage you to keep up the good work.
