Today I watched Extreme Weight Loss and did a bunch of jumping squats as much as I hate them. Jumping squats will prepare me for flipping. I have gymnastics and martial arts this saturday, and a bollywood dance seminar. I've ate about 1000 calories today (2 pieces of spinach quische and an organic nut bar and carrots and onions (cooked)). I am feeling happy about it. There are toxic brownies little debbies that my brother bought and I am so tempted by them that I threw one away so I wouldn't eat it). I'm going to resist eating them and quische probably has trans fat in it so none of that tomorrow.

I really got into life that I forgot to take my "medicine" (a slew of antipsychotics, antidepressants and antianxiety pills) in time and started to hear voices, which asked me to do toxic, evil things and toxified my body and I am using music and prayer and positive affirmations to make it stop as quickly as possible. I am healthy, I am happy, I am strong. I just got The Lost Art of Thinking by Neil Nedley, MD, which talks about a diet that can heal mental illness and give one perfect health.

I really want to go to the gym and martial arts, but its too cold out for me to walk there. So I did a small amount of exercise throughout the day. I love leading an active life.

You sound like such a brave person, I wish I had your strength and verve! Just think of your diet and detoxification, and where you could possibly be in 6 months, think about how you'd like to be then, I know you can do it, your will power in your words inspires me to want to just go head first into my diet/ exercise regime too!! Keep it going, and stay off the processed food, you know it's no good, try a good bit of home cookery, that's the wya forward, then you know what's going into your food, rather than thinking about what has been put into it in a factory by people you will never meet. All the best, and greeting from Ireland :)
