Feel like things are in slow motion. I've stayed pretty consistent with diet except for weekends but I never get out of control. I'm also very consistent excersising. I just feel the results arent coming quick enough and from last week to this week I virtually don't see any results. Feeling discouraged.

Sometimes we can stall in our progress which is frustrating. Keep at it and give it some time if you're truly confident you're doing what you need to do, then if still no progress it might be a good idea to chqnge something up. Good luck!

In one month, you have lost about 15 pounds. FIFTEEN POUNDS!! Think about that! You have gotten spoiled with those losses. Keep expectations realistic. There will be times on this journey when you gain or have no losses too. It happens when you do everything right. It doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Every little ounce takes you closer to goal. You are doing amazing! Just stick with it and don't let anything deter you.
