Wow, for once I am not craving pop. I haven't had it since Friday. It's been causing me to have headaches like crazy. I just noticed now that I feel good. I have to keep this up :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2015:

that's good, I gave it up 4 years ago. Really don't miss it. I drink way more water than ever before. Sometimes pop went with certain foods and it was weird to have just water with it, like pizza and popcorn. I adjusted and actually don't want anymore pop when I really thought about the chemicals I was drinking.

I hate the taste of soda. Unfortunately, when out and nothing else to drink but soda then I may have half a glass with meal. Other then that, soda has become to sweet tasting to me as I gotten older :) Keep up the great work!!!

Wonderful! Gave up sodas in May and it has been fantastic. At first I would tell myself that it was poison and I don't drink poison.

If you can find women's one a day with caffeine in it it might help ease the headaches.

Wonderful! try water with a slice of orange or lemon floating in it.
