Day 4- Yay! Janet M. made me a smoothie.

The reason I don't make my own as it's difficult to determine values. Based on the ingredients used at 1 serving each - provided approximately 4 smoothies that we're guessing are 12 oz each is how I entered the ingredients in my tracker. I do math all day long - this kind of math gives me a headache.

Got to enjoy a bowl of the lovely homemade Butternut Squash soup today. I found the bread & butter listed together, but I'm sure I consumed fewer calories, as I only used 1 tsp of butter between 4 slices. As the loaf was partially consumed, I assume that Cheesecake Factory cuts the loaf into 6 slices.

Made it to the gym, but the machines aren't listed in our exercise list. Also I walked for 30 minutes, but the machine recorded my calories burned at 168, while the site credited 22 minutes at the same count. There are 2 Hip Abductor machines that I did 2 sets of 10 on. The same for the Butterfly, Pull Down, & Crunch machines. Then I made a bad decision and went to Long John Silvers for dinner. Tomorrow will be better.

Thanks LittleRedFlatBack. Week 1 on the site and down 5 lbs. Can't believe it. Yep it would be lovely to start the New Year under 290. Then my next goal is to be @ or under 270 by the time I complete the Challenge.
