Eating Season is upon us. Haven't been the greatest, but have been cognitive of what I've eaten and what's motivated me to do so.

This mornings scales lied and said I've made goal. Hope they lie the same on Monday when I'll record my weigh in. Meanwhile afternoon "eating" with friends ahead of me. ARGH!!!

Making Chorv Plav (Rice Pilaf w/Dried Fruit & Nuts). Thought a side dish that didn't contain a block of cheese would be a nice change. Hopefully someone brings a veggie platter. Think I'll stash a container of celery sticks in the Jeep, just in case. Day 6 of the Challenge - gotta have a veggie with every meal!
