We had our potluck today at work GREAT GREAT GREAT I worked out this morning be4 work I wanna do body combat but I'm feeling alil lazy one thing for sure is that I'm gonna do some cardio
185.0 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
