Thank you! I'm actually not dieting. About 3 years ago I started to get smarter about what i was eating and did go on a diet and lost from over 360 down to 280. Over the past few year's, re-injuries and stress I allowed myself to slowly get back to morbid obesity... 6 months ago I incorporated a lot of fresh foods, stopped eating fast foods and quit drinking sodas and coffee. Switched over to water and still though I was eating what I thought was healthier I wasn't dropping any weight even with walking daily outside leisurely. So I visited my doc, he said get a trainer your smart, your stubborn so you'll do well. Basically my portions were insanity large. And although I was eating good foods I wasn't eating enough good stuff and was going with too much easy, or complex. I love to cook. I have a knack for it, and so I experiment. I still do but now I eat a lot lot less. Over half of what I take in is oats nuts veggies and protein. Less than an 1/8 is pasta white rice bread. I still enjoy the occasional burger fried rice or pizza, but I know now that Chicago pie slice is roughly 800 to 1200 cals which is almost a full days worth of calories for me,also they aren't good calories. All starch. And I found my magic caloric intake. It varies for people. Mine floats about 1400 to 1600 a day. Any more I stay the same, over 1800 to 2000 I gain, under 1400 I gain. It takes a while to zone things in. My best advice is to find a good trainer like I did. I train with Bruce Wayne. Seriously I do, that's his name how cool is that? Anyway, beyond that hit a treadmill at least 4 Times a week get the heart rate to 130 to 150 if your doctor ok's it. And you will watch it fall off. Don't get discouraged find your grit, dig in, refuse to not be who you want to be. ;)
