Down to 260.4 lb. this morning. I eat very clean during the week (easier to do at work, less temptation).I'm not as strict with my carb intake on the weekends. Seems to be working. I can stick to eating this way if I don't feel deprived.
260.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
