Brisk but sunny morning here in the Nati. Going to fast today until dinner. Allows me to go low.

Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls
Swiss Ball Mountain Climbers
Pull/Chin Ups
Compound Move - Barbell Clean and Press to Overhead Squats
Twisting Box Jumps
Compound Move - DB Bench Press to sitting position to Shoulder Press
Cable Rows
Planked Cable Moves
DB one leg bent over row / rotate
Dips with knee raises
sprints then recumbent bike

Believe it or not Willie, there was and is ... it is an independent station. I have never watched the channel. But yeah, I loved that show as well. Thx!
