I'm declaring yesterday a success. Did not take any candy from the office stash and also passed up the cupcakes at my Aunt's birthday party. No snacking after dinner time either. Small steps.
So, today my goal is once again to pass up the office candy jar. I've packed my lunch (2nd day in a row) and I have dinner started at home in a crockpot which will save me some time so I can get my school work done and get in an exercise session. Going to log five miles this evening and then settle down and study electrons. I live such an exciting life, huh?

It's my experience, too, that packing my own lunch (and snacks) keeps me out of the office treat temptations.
