Back on track today, drank too much beer this past week. Didn't track much, misplaced my pedometer, found it yesterday. Back to work and normal routine today. Wish I had another week off.

High pollen and mold day. Hard to breathe, tried exercise last night, couldn't do. Managed a few little chores. Couldn't eat any more than I did, calories are low. Stomach was queasy so just whole grain pasta tossed with butter and fresh grated parmesan seemed like a good option.

I know the feeling wanting more.. LOL.. was it Gere in Pretty Woman who said 'I invented the concept of wanting more'. I always wonder if I'd do as much if I were off a whole week as I try to cram into a weekend. Someday I'm going to find out. Catching up on your journals. Enjoy getting back in the swing. I love pasta & parm w/o meat or anything else.. one of my favs.
