Another new start... I have been back to the gym this week and I have made a menu plan for dinners this week. If I can just exercise and eat right for long enough, it will become the norm, right? I just need to stop giving into the cravings for cookies and ice cream!

So far so good today!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
