Oh good grief!!!!! Today I totally bombed!!!! My calories and sodium just blew up!!!! Had a fast food sandwich, Arbys Beef and Cheddar. It was de-lish!! ...of course it was!!!! And.......a few other things today. My moms birthday tomorrow. I made her an angel food cake. It will be ok!!!! It has to be, the only way it can!!!! :) ♡

Brenda, you could have made a worse choice. Make a note to self, next time get a small one. I think it's a junior off the value menu from there that I get occasionally if I'm starving and on the road. Every time I wish arby's was as good as it used to be. They had rotisseries where the meat was cooking and would slice it to order. You could even chose rare, medium etc. That was decent fast food. Just cut back a little for a few days nd average it out over a week. It really does work.

It will be fine, its just not easy to say no sometimes when it tastes so good.... that is the hard part but the trick is to find a new favorite snack food. :)

Finding snack foods can be hard. I've never been one for chips etc. But I'm forever trying to find something crunchy. Carrots and celery don't seem to satisfy the crunchy.
