Following Weight Watchers and keeping focused on my goal of losing two pounds per week. It is so hard for me in the evening. I've started reading a lot again. Very helpful. Feeling pretty good about myself tonight. Yay.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
