Madanjen, I'm not sure what "no bibby" means, but I'm already on the horse. The horse just isn't moving, lol.

GREETINGS - you are doing super well with your routine. Hoe is the ChiRunning going?

Hi HCB. I love ChiRunning. It has made running easier and more enjoyable. Have you tried it?

You have done a great job at losing what you have, exercising and changing your eating patterns. You will start losing again, or gain muscle . Just a matter of time.

Thanks, Kattay. I think you're right. As long as I keep up my lifestyle, I'll be fine, regardless of what the scale says. I'm not going to worry about it anymore...hopefully. I'll weigh in expecting to gain weight from muscle, and if I lose or maintain, it will just be a bonus. That way I won't be disappointed. I hope it works!

Hi there - I have not tried ChiRunning but looked it up after you mentioned it! I want to be able to run a little bit again but typically it is on the treadmill which is not the best for the pain reduction...I might need to start trotting on a lakeside path once in the while...my perception is that you land mid-foot rather than heel striking when you run and then be aware of posture and breathing.

That's correct. Plus, a straight spine and a slight forward lean. The lean is important :) I've never run on a treadmill! I'm actually afraid to, lol. Running outdoors is fun.
