eating big plate of salad as one meal is definitely the way to go. keeping out of cake and biscuits aisle at supermarket is another- I keep intending to!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
