Morning weigh in of 200.2. I like it! Won't get to weigh in again after 16:8 or do a mid day workout, but compared to yesterday at this time, I'm down 1.6 pounds! Will do about 1800 calories today.

I'm doing the same with the 130's. I get there and then move right back to 141. I know that when I get to 135lb that will be my new range. Very soon it will happen for me as it will for you and the 190’s.
