Okay. I need to get better about journaling. I have been good about recording things I eat and such thanks to the little notebook I carry around with me everywhere but I need to start putting the info in here as well. While I haven't been better with my carb intake, I have been able to fight off a lot of temptation. It's hard...
Kind of nervous...I have my SNAP appt today. I was hoping I could have avoided that but the stupid people never called me back and just messed up everything. I dunno...its very hard to keep everything together today. I am scared I won't get my coursework done on the 20th including a test. I am scared I will be denied the foodstamps. I am scared that Phil won't find a job. *deep breath* I will leave this entry at that as I try to keep myself together and do what needs to be done. Oh...I am also thinking of posting up my measurements so that way, I have something to compare it to when I complete Phase 2.
