I think I am getting on track. So far this month I have walked 28 miles, 2.6 miles at a time. I have been walking in the evening, now I am going to ramp activities up and walk in the morning like I just did. It makes for a sweaty mess and it feels great. My Nike+ results get posted on Facebook with the Nike+ SportBand I use. I may upgrade soon to the Nike GPS Watch.
