I am trying it and am now on my third day. Surprisingly, it really seems to help.

It helps me, I take it 30 minutes before lunch and I never finish my lunch, leaving more room for a good dinner!

well so far no side effects. ill be weighing in on saturday so will see if it helped any. it does seem to help with hunger and a little more on energy but again i just started it soo ill let ya know more when i do :)
